Description
The Utility Points (UP) layer consists of photogrammetrically interpreted points representing various types of utility poles, fire hydrants, manholes, catch basins, antenna and transmission towers in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

This data was photogrammetrically compiled at a scale of 1:1200 (1"=100') from 1:7920 (1"=660') aerial photography to meet ASPRS Class I standards. This data is cast on the Kentucky Stateplane Coordinate System, North Zone, NAD83 and NAVD88. This data is photogrammetrically updated every two to three years from new aerial photography.
